Returns
We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged consumable products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened Mushroom Coffee products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:
